On March 15, 2025, I purchased a Kärcher T7/1 professional vacuum cleaner. Shockingly, after just a month and a half of use, the hose started to unravel and the plastic components began to fall apart. On June 12, I contacted customer service, and the product was picked up with service request number CAS-4371746-S2X5.
They claimed the repair would be completed within 20 business days, but that deadline passed long ago. Since then, I’ve called repeatedly, and each time I’m either told, “We’ll get back to you,” or they just take my address and say the product will be shipped soon. Still—no product, no real answers.
I even included my invoice inside the package when I sent it, yet they later contacted me asking for the invoice again. That was the last I heard from them. It’s now been weeks with no updates, no product, and zero accountability.
Before purchasing, I read reviews warning that Kärcher’s service was unreliable and nearly impossible to reach by phone—but I didn’t think it would happen to me. Unfortunately, it did, and I deeply regret buying this product.
I demand that Kärcher either send back my vacuum fully repaired or issue a refund immediately. This kind of after-sales service is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be professional.
