Karcher VC 7 Cordless Vacuum Not Collected for Service Despite 6-Month Wait

In March, I purchased a Karcher VC 7 Cordless vacuum from Vadi Karcher (Tarlacılar Ev Gereçleri San.) for ₺20,000. Since the day I bought it, the product has not been working—it only shows a red light and gives an error. Because it is under warranty, I opened a service request in March. Twice I was told that the vacuum would be collected from my home, but no one ever came. For nearly six months, the vacuum has been sitting unused in its box, and no one from the brand has contacted me to resolve the issue. My invoice number is TAR2024000002110, and I have both the warranty certificate and the receipt in hand. During this entire period, I received no support or solution from Karcher and have been left completely disappointed. I am demanding a full refund for this defective product, as I have been forced to continue cleaning with a 20-year-old vacuum while waiting endlessly for service. I regret choosing this brand and will be switching to Dyson instead.
