Severe Allergic Reaction From Sheglam Cosmetics

I purchased the SHEGLAM Color Bloom Shimmer & Matte Collection Set Gel Cream Blush (Multicolor), order number 37339537524, from SHEIN and received it on August 3rd. I first used the product about 10 days after receiving it. Immediately after using the blush, I developed a severe allergic reaction on my face and neck. My skin became extremely swollen, red and covered in painful rashes. Due to the seriousness of the reaction, I was taken to the Baku Clinical Dermatology Center on 12 August 2026. There, a qualified dermatologist issued an official medical report in my name, diagnosing me with “Acute Contact Allergic Dermatitis” caused by this SHEIN product with barcode sb2221158811119762. I am currently undergoing intensive medical treatment. Because this serious health issue occurred directly after using your cosmetic product, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the safety and quality controls of Sheglam products. I trusted that a product sold on SHEIN would be safe to use on my skin. I am attaching my medical report and photos that clearly show the condition of my face and neck as evidence of the damage caused. I demand a full refund for the product I paid for and expect SHEIN to take this situation seriously, investigate the batch and ingredients of this product, and ensure that similar incidents do not happen to other customers.
