Litmatch Device Blocked on Motorola Phone for 15 Days

I have been unable to use the Litmatch application on my Motorola phone for about 15 days because my device appears to be blocked. Every time I open Litmatch, a screen comes up with the Litmatch logo and a message saying that my device is blocked, so I cannot access my account or use the service at all. I do not know why my device has been blocked and I have not been given any clear explanation within the app. I want this block on my device to be removed as soon as possible so that I can log in and use Litmatch again, and I also request clear information about the reason for this block.
