On September 27, 2025, I placed an order directly from Mango’s official website under order number ERIİ74, spending a total of ₺1,299. The delivery address was Rize Merkez, Müftü Mahallesi, Atatürk Caddesi, Akgün Apartment, Floor 3. However, eight days have passed, and my order still shows as “being prepared” with no updates or progress.
I had experienced a similar delay with a previous Mango order that took 20 days to arrive. This time, I specifically purchased the item for a wedding, and the delay means it won’t arrive in time, which adds to my frustration. Although I contacted Mango customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response, and I feel that the situation has not been handled properly.
I request that the order process be expedited and that my inconvenience be resolved. If necessary, I also request that the order be canceled and the full amount refunded to my account.
