Trendyol Cannot Provide Karaca Tea Maker Invoice
I purchased a Karaca brand tea maker on Trendyol in January 2024. When the product malfunctioned, I took it to service on 17 November 2025, but they required the invoice in order to process it under warranty. When I try to view the invoice from my Trendyol account by clicking “view invoice,” the system constantly gives an “Error,” and I cannot access it. Because of this issue, I have contacted Trendyol customer service and the Karaca seller on Trendyol 8–10 times so far. Trendyol claims they have emailed me the invoice, but I have not received any email. When I called Karaca customer service, they told me I must obtain the invoice from Trendyol since I purchased the product through Trendyol. When I contacted Trendyol again, I was told this time to reach out to the seller. When I contacted the seller through Trendyol and requested the invoice, I was told, “There is a system malfunction right now; we cannot send it.” My device has been waiting at the service center for nearly 6 days, the invoice is neither being resent to my email nor provided through any other channel, and no concrete solution is being offered. Even though everyone I speak with says, “You are right,” the issue remains unresolved and my inconvenience keeps increasing. I request that the invoice for my Trendyol order #8068573935 be urgently sent to me via email or another method in a way that I can view it. If the invoice cannot be provided, then I request that Trendyol cover the repair cost of my device.
