Hello, at the end of November 2023, I purchased Hatır Plus 2 in 1 Coffee machine along with many products from Viaport Karaca container. When he started using the product, the part that makes Turkish coffee made the coffee foamless and tasteless. Even though I use very good coffee. I have been using this coffee machine for years and have never experienced such a problem with any brand's machine. I called Karaca customer service and explained the situation. They said I had to take the product to service. With their guidance, I took the product to Ayteknik service in Ümraniye. I received the product after being in the service for a few days. They said they fixed the product. When I brought it home, the product again produced foamless and tasteless coffee. However, it was not turning off automatically after the service. So, as you know, they broke the service and gave it up. I contacted customer service again. They told me that I had to send the product to the Headquarters with MNG Cargo. I sent the machine to the place they said using the shipping code given by customer service. A few days later, I received the product and was told that it was fixed in the service. This time the product was sent to me broken. And he was making the same foamless and tasteless Turkish coffee. I called customer service again and explained the situation again. Customer service said I had to send the product again. I requested customer service to replace the product with a new one. Customer service said I had to send a note via cargo. I put my note explaining the situation thoroughly in the box and sent the machine back by cargo to the address given to me. I requested a new coffee machine from Karaca because the product was now being serviced for the third time. They also broke my product. The product arrived after a few days. They fixed the broken part of the machine and it was said that the part that makes coffee was also fixed. I tried it immediately and encountered the same foamless and tasteless coffee. Even though I have been a regular customer of Karaca for years. Even though I constantly buy many products from Karaca, they have been victimizing me for months because of a coffee machine. I want this problem to be solved now. I request that the machine be replaced by the machine again. I request that a new machine with no defects be given to me instead of the defective machine produced by fabrication.
