Both of the two products we purchased from Karaca turned out to be faulty. The first item was replaced with a new one. Since we didn’t use it, we gave it as a gift. Most recently, we bought the Karaca Hatır Plus Mode 5in1 Black Cupper coffee machine. We returned it because it couldn’t brew filter coffee. They claimed it was repaired and sent it back, but the issue wasn’t resolved. We sent it in a second time, and this time they left a note saying the heating element had been replaced. However, it still doesn’t brew filter coffee. We choose to support Turkish brands, but unfortunately, we only encounter these kinds of problems with Karaca.
