Kahoot Auto-Renewal Wrongly Charged 7,342 TL Without Notification

I had already purchased a 1-year subscription to Kahoot. Despite this, my account was automatically renewed and my credit card was charged 7,342 TL without my knowledge or approval.

Normally, my bank (Yapı Kredi Bankası) sends an SMS message asking whether I approve such transactions before the payment is processed. In this case, however, no confirmation message was sent, and the charge went through directly.

This is both misleading and financially damaging. I did not request or authorize a renewal, and I certainly did not receive any prior notice.

I demand that Kahoot immediately refund the 7,342 TL and ensure that such auto-renewals are not processed without explicit customer approval. Transparent billing and proper notifications are essential, and this situation shows a serious lack of both.
