I am writing regarding unauthorized charges made to my Justdone AI subscription plan. On 16/12/2025, I noticed that a total amount of RM 419.79 had been charged to me without my permission or clear consent. After realizing these charges, I contacted Justdone AI support, but I did not receive any helpful solution or clear explanation about why these payments were taken or how they would be resolved. This situation has caused both financial loss and loss of trust in the service. I request a full refund of the total unauthorized amount of RM 419.79 and the immediate cancellation of my Justdone AI subscription so that no further charges will be made to my account.
