I Found an Unauthorized Charge by Google One on My Account
On 06/07/2025, I was taken aback to find that ₺823.84 had been deducted from my bank account by a company called Google One London GB—without my awareness or approval. I did not subscribe to this service, and I have not received any notification or confirmation about this charge. I looked at my Google account, and it shows that there’s no active subscription associated with Google One. This situation left me feeling quite uncomfortable and vulnerable, as it’s concerning that funds can be taken without my consent. I would like to request an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge and a detailed explanation of how this transaction occurred initially. This type of unauthorized action is entirely intolerable, and I anticipate a swift resolution.
There has been no progress. I am sending my July 2025 credit card statement. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary action.
