I Face PDF Guru Charging Without Consent After One-Time Use

On September 24, 2025, an amount of ₺2,099 was charged to my bank card without my knowledge or consent by a service called sa Support PDF Guru. Previously, I had only used the service once to convert a document for ₺59, and I never started any membership or subscription, nor did I receive any contract or notification about such a charge. This high amount was withdrawn in a single transaction.

I tried to contact customer support, but I received no response. There are no other suspicious transactions on my account.

I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled and the ₺2,099 refunded to my account as soon as possible.
