I even bought a scale to demonstrate the missing parts, determined to prove my case, but Joom remained unyielding. This product is inoperable without its charging slot, rendering it useless due to the inability to charge. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this platform. They sent me a product that was missing parts, effectively wasting my money. To back up my claims, I have all of the evidence, including our correspondence. Don't squander your hard-earned cash.
