Joom Customer Service Doesn't Respond for 16 Days
Dear Joom Customer Service, I’m writing here because no one from customer service has responded to me since 13.07.25, when I was told it would take 10 days to receive an invoice showing that I paid the VAT. Since then, it seems I’ve been blocked, as I’ve kept trying to contact customer service with no response. As a result of this lack of support, I couldn’t pick up the parcel that passed through customs because it wasn’t registered as VAT paid and arrived with additional customs and VAT charges. I initially contacted you on 11.07 to request an invoice proving I paid the VAT. Two days later, you sent me one that didn’t include the VAT, and then I received no further communication. Please find attached our correspondence and respond as soon as possible; otherwise, the parcel will be returned. I see no reason to pay extra costs for this product when I have already paid the VAT. I also wrote to [email protected] but only received an automated reply. Please see the attached screenshot. That email address seems to be automatic, and no one replies, so the only way to contact Joom is through customer service, which also doesn’t respond.
