Joom Sells Defective Products with Disrespectful Customer Service
I fell for a scam on Joom, buying faulty goods, but I couldn't get anyone to understand my problem. The customer service reps literally asked for a video to prove the product's flaws, making a mockery out of it. I provided the evidence in a supplementary video. If a transport cart topples on a straight road with a slight obstacle and can't carry a small canoe without tipping, how will it carry the boat? (It's advertised as a ski transport cart). Be cautious! Don't buy from the site joom.com to avoid experiencing poor quality and issues.
