On August 30, 2025, I purchased ₺3,899 worth of TikTok coins. Later, on September 9, 2025, I made two more purchases of ₺1,577.24 and ₺2,599. All transactions were completed with my own bank cards, and each payment was marked as successful. However, none of the coins were credited to my TikTok account.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I submitted multiple reports through the TikTok app and feedback system, attaching my payment receipts and transaction records. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response or solution from TikTok’s support team.
This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue. Previously, my coin purchases always worked without any problems. The failure began on August 30, 2025, and has continued with both of my most recent transactions.
I am requesting that TikTok:
Immediately credit the missing coins to my account, or
Provide a full refund of the amounts charged.
Additionally, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication from TikTok’s customer service. Ignoring users who provide full proof of payment creates unnecessary frustration and damages trust. I expect an urgent resolution and a direct response to my case.
