I purchased TikTok tokens through Jeton Wallet, but the tokens were never credited to my account. The payment was processed successfully, yet I still cannot use the tokens I paid for.

I am requesting that the purchased tokens be transferred to my TikTok account immediately. Customers should not face this kind of problem after making a legitimate purchase.

If the tokens cannot be delivered, I expect a full refund without delay.
