Olive App Transfer Completed But Coins Never Credited To My Account

Today, on May 27, 2025, at 08:07, I made my very first money transfer into the Olive app. I purchased a package that was listed at 42₺. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the coins never appeared in my Olive balance.
I logged out and logged back in to check if it was just a delay, but the coins were still missing. I even sent an email to Olive support, but I haven’t received a response yet. Right now, I’m left waiting, unsure if my money is gone for good.
I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. Even though it’s not about the exact amount, the principle matters. If I paid for coins, they should be delivered immediately. Olive needs to make sure transactions are reliable and that customers don’t feel cheated after making their first transfer.
