I Face Missing Tokens After Paying ₺33 and Want a Refund

I purchased tokens for ₺33, but even after waiting for one full day, they still have not been credited to my account.

When I contacted customer service, the responses I received were vague, confusing, and completely unhelpful. The money has already been withdrawn from my account, yet I never received the tokens I paid for.

At this point, I no longer want to continue with this service. I am requesting a full refund of ₺33 and the immediate closure of this issue. Customers should not have to struggle to get either the items they paid for or their money back.
