I Face Missing TikTok Tokens After Paying ₺700 via Jeton Wallet

Through Jeton Wallet, I purchased TikTok tokens twice—once for ₺500 and once for ₺200, totaling ₺700. The money was successfully deducted from my account, but the tokens were never delivered to my TikTok account.

I even tried contacting support through WhatsApp, but I have received no response at all. It is unacceptable that after taking payment, the service does not provide what was purchased and then ignores customer inquiries.

I am requesting that the ₺700 worth of tokens be credited immediately to my account or that I receive a full refund. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, and I expect Jeton Wallet to take responsibility and resolve the issue promptly.
