I Paid to Neteller and Still Can’t Get My Promised Refund or Transfer

I’ve had a nightmare of an experience with Neteller. I was supposed to receive a payment through my bank account, and they kept stalling me for over a month. During this time, they kept asking for various charges — card issuance fees, withdrawal fees, and more. In total, I’ve paid ₺677,443, believing the funds would be processed.

When the payment never came through, I requested a refund. On June 3, 2024, they confirmed my refund and told me it would be in my account within 5 business days. Two days later, they suddenly asked for a refund processing fee. I paid that too, but here we are — still no money.

Today is June 7, and I was specifically promised that the refund would be deposited by 9:30 AM. It's now past that time, and nothing has arrived. I’ve been lied to, charged excessively, and left in the dark.
