JBL Ghost Flex Left Earbud Stuck at 10% Charge and Drains Quickly

For about two weeks, I have been experiencing a charging issue with my JBL Ghost Flex earbuds. The left earbud never charges above 10%, and the battery drains very quickly. This problem occurs every time I use the product.

I purchased the earbuds second-hand through the Dolap app, and so far I have not tried any troubleshooting methods. I also have not contacted the seller or JBL customer service yet.

I am requesting technical support to resolve this issue and make the product usable.
