Jack Wolfskin Dromoventure Shoes Wear Prematurely; Retailer Refuses Second Inspection

On April 27, 2026, I ordered a pair of men's black Jack Wolfskin Dromoventure Knit Low shoes (Order #3220763608015386) from the SPX online store. Because the shoes caused severe foot chafing and discomfort, I initiated a return request on May 5, 2026, but my return was rejected. Shortly after, the shoes began to show premature wear and tear, making them completely unbearable in terms of both comfort and quality.

When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the product had already been inspected once, that I was entitled to only a single inspection, and that a re-evaluation would not be allowed. Even though the item is covered by a mandatory 2-year statutory warranty, my request for a second inspection was denied, leaving my grievance unresolved. I paid a significant amount for these shoes, yet they turned out to be low quality, and I am being blocked from utilizing my statutory warranty rights.

My SPX online order number is 3220763608015386. I demand that the product be re-evaluated under warranty and that a full refund of the purchase price be issued.
