I purchased Jack Wolfskin shoes because I trusted the brand and admired their quality. However, despite wearing them lightly for less than a year, they have already started deteriorating. I have attached photos showing visible damage, which is extremely disappointing.
These shoes were not used for hiking or rough terrain, yet they wore out far too quickly. Given Jack Wolfskin's reputation, I did not expect such poor durability. I sent the shoes for inspection twice with the invoice, but my complaint was dismissed both times.
