SPX Sent Wrong Shorts and Missed Slippers in My Order

On July 7, 2025, I placed an online order through SPX’s official website (https://www.spx.com.tr) with order number 2966498648613706. The items included an undershirt, a pair of shorts, and slippers. Shortly after placing the order—and before anything was shipped—I submitted a return request the very same day. Despite that, SPX still went ahead and dispatched the package. When it arrived, I was surprised to find that they had sent a black pair of shorts instead of the white ones I ordered, included only the undershirt, and completely left out the slippers. This experience has left me feeling neglected and honestly worn out. I’ve spent money, time, and energy for an order that came incomplete and incorrect. I’ve attached photos as proof and am still waiting for a proper resolution.
