Reebok Shoes Developed Severe Wear Too Soon and My Warranty Was Denied

On May 4, 2026, I purchased a pair of Reebok athletic shoes from an In Street store. In less than two months, the inner lining of the shoes developed severe tearing and excessive wear. A product from a well-known brand should not deteriorate this quickly under normal use, and I do not believe this level of damage is acceptable after such a short period.

About a month ago, after noticing the problem, I returned the shoes to the In Street store where I purchased them, and they were sent in for a warranty inspection. Despite the fact that the shoes had not even been used for two months, my claim was denied on the grounds of alleged user error. I strongly disagree with this conclusion because this type of tearing should not occur during normal use in such a short amount of time.

I request that Reebok and In Street conduct a new, more thorough, and objective inspection of the shoes. I also request that the defective product be replaced. I expect my complaint to be handled fairly and my inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
