Jabra Elite 75t Headphones Warranty Runaround
In 2021, I purchased a Jabra Elite 75t headset from amazon.com.tr and initially, I was satisfied with it. However, I started experiencing audio loss and connectivity issues with the right earbud. As the headset was still within its 2-year warranty period, I contacted Amazon for either a replacement or a refund. Amazon representatives informed me that I needed to send the product to Jabra's authorized distributor first and obtain a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate from them before approaching Amazon again. When I contacted Jabra, they insisted on having a warranty document to accept the product. Upon recontacting Amazon, their representatives claimed that the invoice received from Amazon itself served as the warranty document and that Jabra never sent them any warranty certificates. Despite numerous phone calls between Jabra and Amazon, Jabra refused to take back the headphones. It's concerning to see such a lack of resolution and potential mistreatment of customers in this digital age where everything is recorded online. I still possess faulty headphones, even though they are under warranty.
