Umingle Age Verification Error Led to Unfair Account Ban

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my Umingle account linked to the email address rickysa***[email protected]. Today, my account was banned because the system determined that I am under 18 years old.

This information is incorrect. I am actually 21 years old and fully meet the age requirements to use the Umingle platform. Due to this incorrect age assessment, my account was suddenly banned, and I lost access to my profile and all of my activities on Umingle, even though I have not violated any age-related policies.

Through this complaint, I kindly request that my Umingle account be restored as soon as possible and that all violation records related to this ban be completely removed so that my account is returned to good standing and I can continue using Umingle in accordance with its terms and conditions.
