Left Earbud Static or Audio Failure on Jabra Elite 4 Active

I purchased my Jabra Elite 4 Active earbuds from Amazon about a year and a half ago, and the product is still under warranty. For about a month now, I’ve been experiencing a constant issue with the sound coming from the left earbud. The problem occurs during every use without interruption, making it difficult to use the earbuds efficiently.
I attempted to contact Jabra for a repair or replacement, but I haven’t been able to reach any authorized support number. I also couldn’t get any assistance or guidance through Amazon. I live in Ankara, and I have the invoice for my purchase.
I’m requesting that my product be evaluated under warranty and either repaired or replaced.
