Jabra Elite 75t Fails After 3.5 Years, No Support for Defective Product
I purchased the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds approximately 3.5 years ago from Media Markt, and they have developed significant sound loss issues. I loved using these earbuds, but now they are nearly unusable. I reached out to Jabra Türkiye for assistance with repairs, but received no response. The authorized service center informed me that they do not handle products outside the warranty period. Similarly, Media Markt refused to help due to the expired warranty.
Upon researching, I discovered that many users are experiencing the same issue, indicating a potential hidden defect in the product. As a consumer, I am extremely disappointed and will pursue my rights to seek a resolution. Jabra should address this recurring problem and provide support for their defective products.
