1win Blocked My Account Right After Verification and My Pending Withdrawal Is Still Unpaid
I had an account with 1win with the ID 358946621, which was blocked on 21 June 2026 right after my verification was completed. On the same date, before the block, I made a withdrawal request from my wallet, and that withdrawal has remained pending since then. After noticing that my account was blocked, I contacted 1win customer support. They informed me that I should re‑register and switch off some ad blocker, but they did not clearly address the status of my pending withdrawal or how I would receive that money from my blocked account. I am requesting that 1win process and pay out the pending withdrawal amount from my blocked account ID 358946621 as soon as possible, even if the account remains closed. I only want to receive the funds that were already pending withdrawal at the time my account was blocked.
