Jabra Elite 10 Warranty Refusal by Amazon

I purchased the Jabra Elite 10 headset from Amazon. It arrived at my home address in Istanbul about two years ago. Over the past six months, the headset's lifespan has significantly decreased, and the product is still under warranty. Upon my request for a repair, Amazon referred me to the importer. However, instead of repairing the product, the importer is only offering a refund. I paid ₺5,198.90 when I purchased the product, but now I have to pay approximately ₺12,000 to purchase a similar product. Therefore, I am rejecting the refund. I request that the product be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with a product of the same model or a higher model. I have contacted Amazon and the importer regarding my complaint via live chat, phone, and email, but they have only offered a refund. My order number is 406-1161817-3461148. I request that my issue and complaints be resolved.
