Chatroulette Banned Both of My Accounts for Being Under 18 Even Though I Am 24 Years Old

I use Chatroulette on the website from my MacBook, and although I am 24 years old, both of my accounts have been banned as if I were under 18. My first account was banned around 18–19 June and is still not accessible, and my second account was banned just a few minutes ago. I do not understand why this has happened, as I clearly meet the age requirement. I have tried to reach your support through the contact page, but the support page does not open, so I have no way to communicate with you directly or understand the exact reason for these bans. This situation is very frustrating because I am an adult user and I feel I have been unfairly restricted without any explanation. I request that you review both of my bans, clear the bans on my accounts, and confirm that I am over 18 years old. I also ask you to explain clearly why I was banned and what I should avoid so that this does not happen again in the future.
