Request To Disable 2FA
I am writing to request urgent assistance with my Sidra Chain mobile app account. When the Sidra app recently went into maintenance approximately one to two months ago, I was logged out and, after the maintenance ended, I have been unable to log back into my account. I have lost access to my Google Authenticator app and therefore no longer have the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes linked to my Sidra Chain account. Because of this, I am completely locked out and cannot access my funds or account features.
