YouGov Account Suspension Review Request (Holiday Abroad Issue)
Dear YouGov Support Team, My YouGov Germany account, registered to the email address levit***[email protected], was accidentally suspended after I completed one survey while I was on vacation in Spain. I did not use a VPN or attempt to cheat the system in any way; I was physically in Spain on holiday and mistakenly opened the survey without thinking about the geo-location policy. Since 10.06.2026, my account has been completely restricted. I no longer receive any survey invitations or even the login verification codes to my email, so I cannot properly access my account. Until this incident, I had always answered surveys honestly and I value my membership in the YouGov panel. I kindly ask you to manually review my account status, taking into account that I was genuinely abroad on vacation, and to restore my access to surveys and verification emails if possible.
