iPhone Face ID Unlocks with My Sister's Face and Alarm Doesn’t Work as Expected

I bought my Apple phone in January, and ever since, I've had constant problems with the Face ID and alarm features. It's funny that my phone unlocks with my sister's face instead of mine, and then it just doesn't recognize my face when I try to get in. I’ve noticed that the alarm doesn’t go off when I set it, and this has happened several times even though I’ve tried to fix it by double-checking the settings. These problems mess up my day, especially since I depend on the alarm for my plans. I contacted Apple customer service for help, looking for a fix, but sadly, the issue is still there. I think a brand like Apple should offer better reliability and support for their products.
