I have been using my iPhone 14 Pro for two years, and for about a month I have been experiencing a serious issue with airplane mode. Even when I switch my phone to airplane mode, calls and messages continue to come through. I have tried turning airplane mode off and on again and restarting the phone multiple times, but the problem does not improve at all. Because of my busy schedule, I have not had the chance to visit a service center or call Apple Support, so I hoped the issue would be resolved with the latest software updates. However, even after installing the most recent update, the problem persists. I expect Apple to clearly identify whether this issue is software- or hardware-related and ensure that the airplane mode function works as it should on my device. If this issue cannot be resolved, I request a replacement for my device.
