iPhone 13 Speaker Issue Unresolved After Service – Screen Scratched, Battery Health Dropped



I am deeply frustrated with the unresolved issues with my iPhone 13 (Serial: MM4W5NH4Q3) after taking it to the Akasya Apple Store for a speaker problem. I was informed that a hardware replacement for the speaker was necessary, and my phone was kept at the Viaport Apple Store for four days. When I picked it up, the speaker issue remained. Despite several tests, calls, and attempts to verify, no sound comes from the speaker during calls.
To make matters worse, my phone now has scratches on the screen, the battery drains faster, and its health dropped from 90% to 88% after the software update. I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue, repair the damage caused, and restore my phone to its proper condition.
