I Want Apple to Replace My iPhone 13 Because Speakerphone Fails

About a month after they upgraded my iPhone 13, I started experiencing intermittent hearing issues when I was talking on speakerphone. This problem has persisted since the day I got the phone and reoccurs during calls. I took it to warranty service twice before receiving assistance. After the first service, the problem recurred shortly thereafter. The second time, I returned it two days ago, and my phone is currently back in service. I'm experiencing a hardship due to these incidents. My phone is still under warranty. However, the constant service calls and the unresolved issue have made me weary of using the device. Since I had my phone, I was forced to use it constantly, forcing me to pay for it. I'm no longer repairing my device; I'm requesting a replacement. Web tracking ticket number: s0000027192. I want the problem resolved permanently and the issue resolved.
