iPhone 13 Pro Speaker Cuts Out During Calls

For over a year, my iPhone 13 Pro has had a persistent issue: whenever I’m on a call using the speaker, the other person can’t hear me clearly because my voice keeps cutting out. I’ve contacted Apple Support multiple times and even visited the store twice to resolve this problem. Despite these efforts, they couldn’t identify the issue, and nothing has been fixed. It’s incredibly frustrating that a premium device has such a basic function failing, and even more so that Apple hasn’t provided a solution after all this time. I need Apple to address this immediately, as not being able to use the speaker during calls is unacceptable for a high-cost device like this.
