Apple Sold Me a Faulty iPhone 13 and Now It Will Be in Service for 10 Days

On January 26, 2025, I purchased an iPhone 13 from the Apple sales area inside Meydan AVM. I experienced issues during FaceTime video calls, such as image distortion and the other party not being able to hear me. A week later, I went to the Apple authorized service center in Akasya AVM. They tested the device but found no issues, suggesting that it might be due to the settings. They adjusted the settings, but the problem persisted. Three days later, I made another appointment and was told the issue could be caused by the screen protector (which we hadn't installed ourselves). We removed the screen protector, but the problem remained. Now, I’ve scheduled another service appointment, and they plan to take the device in for further inspection, meaning my phone will be in service for 10 days. You buy a device from a supposedly reputable company like Apple, expecting reliability, but now I’m left without a phone for over a week. In the meantime, I’ll have to use my old repaired phone. They don’t care about how customers will manage for 10 days. It feels like they are trying to wear people down. I will do whatever is necessary in this process because I trust my country’s consumer laws to protect me. I am writing this purely as a complaint, and to whoever reads this, don’t think of Apple as a reliable brand anymore. That quality is long gone.
