Dear Apple Support Team, I recently purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max 1 TB, and I am experiencing a major issue: the NFC feature is not working at all. Despite testing the device with various NFC-enabled systems and thoroughly checking the settings, the problem persists. I have also tried resetting the device and updating the iOS, but these attempts have not resolved the issue. The NFC functionality is essential for my daily activities, including payments, access systems, and data transfers. This issue is causing significant inconvenience as I am unable to use one of the key features of the device. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Specifically, I would like one of the following actions to be taken: Repair the device, Replace the device with a new one if it cannot be repaired, Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
