I Faced Charging Port Damage on Both iPhone 12 and 13, Warranty Claim Rejected

I’m very disappointed with how Apple and the authorized KVK service center handled my recent experience. Both my iPhone 12 and iPhone 13, which are still under warranty, suddenly stopped charging on the same night. I tried multiple charging cables and adapters with no luck. Despite treating my devices with care and never exposing them to physical damage, both developed charging port issues at the exact same time, which is highly unusual.
I sent both devices to the KVK service center under warranty. However, I was shocked to receive a message stating the issue was considered “physical damage” and that a replacement would cost ₺25,999. The message also said that only the back system would be replaced and the remaining amount refunded, which makes no sense when the total cost is equal to a new phone.
How can both phones fail simultaneously if there’s no user error? This seems like a manufacturing defect, not physical damage. I plan to take legal action if this issue is not resolved quickly and fairly. I demand full warranty coverage and proper repair or replacement without additional cost. Apple must take accountability for this obvious failure.
