iPhone 13 Battery Drains Rapidly Despite Updates and Paid Replacement

I use an iPhone 13 with 88% battery health, yet my device fully drains within 1-1.5 hours of active use and 3-4 hours when idle. I reported this issue to the authorized Konya Gürgençler service center, where they claimed there was no hardware problem and performed a software update. However, the issue persisted.
I then took my device to Kızılay Genpa technical service, where they also performed a software update, insisting there was no hardware issue. Again, the problem remained unresolved. Finally, I contacted Apple customer service, who suggested replacing the battery. Despite the device being under warranty, I paid for a battery replacement at Kızılay Genpa, only to find that the issue still persists.
I demand immediate attention from Apple and the authorized service centers to resolve this ongoing problem with my iPhone 13. This situation has caused significant frustration, and I expect a permanent solution.
