We took our under-warranty iPhone 13 to the Apple Store in Zorlu AVM because the sound coming from the speaker was notic...eably low. They told us that the speaker was clogged due to dirt buildup, that they couldn’t clean it completely, and therefore it would require a paid replacement, quoting a price
