About a month ago, I purchased a brand new, sealed iPhone 16. Before the month was even up, while speaking with Apple Support over the phone, the representative remotely accessed my device and performed some tests. As a result of these tests, physical hardware issues were detected with the phone’s camera—it was not functioning properly. After the test, I compared it side by side with other iPhones and clearly saw the difference myself. Do you think it’s acceptable for a brand-new, sealed, Apple Turkey-warranted phone to be sold in such a defective condition? Now, when I speak with Apple Support, I’m being told to take the phone to a service center for a part replacement. Why should parts be replaced in a phone that’s only one month old, especially when the fault isn’t mine? This will reduce the phone’s second-hand value. I was sold a faulty product, and under Consumer Rights, it should be replaced with a brand new one. However, no one is helping me with this issue at the moment.
