My iPhone 16 Overheats and Camera Freezes

I bought my iPhone 16 just 1.5 months ago, and I’m already facing serious issues. The phone overheats rapidly, both while charging and during regular use. It becomes so hot that it’s uncomfortable to hold. On top of that, the camera frequently freezes when I open it. I have to exit the app and reopen it just to get it working again.

This is not what I expected from a premium Apple device. I purchased it from MediaMarkt in Kartal, Istanbul, and I’m now unsure what steps to take. For a brand-new phone to have overheating and camera freezing problems this early is completely unacceptable.

Apple, I demand an urgent solution. Whether it’s a repair or replacement, this problem needs to be addressed immediately. I trusted your brand and paid a significant amount—I expect better reliability and proper support.
