Kwai Temporarily Blocked My Private Messages Without a Clear Reason
I am someone who enjoys using the Kwai application, hosting live streams, and spending time on the platform for friendship and conversation purposes. However, for some time now, I have been receiving a warning saying, “Your private messaging has been temporarily banned due to a community code violation,” and I am currently unable to send any private messages at all.
I only use private messages to share live streams, have friendly conversations, and chat with my friends. Despite the fact that I have never sent insulting, offensive, or rule-violating messages, I cannot understand why such a restriction has been placed on my account. This situation has completely prevented me from communicating with friends who are worried about me and trying to reach me.
I contacted the Kwai support section regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account and message history be reviewed again, that the restriction be removed if it was applied unfairly, and that my private messaging feature be reactivated. I also kindly ask for a clear and detailed explanation regarding this matter.
