I Face an Unfair Permanent Ban on My Kwai Account After an Unclear Review

My Kwai account with the username “ehlı_tevhıdd” was permanently banned without a clear and understandable reason being provided to me. The notifications state that I shared content violating community rules within the last 30 days, but they do not clearly specify which videos were considered violations or which exact rule each video allegedly violated. In one of my videos, I shared content from a religious teacher whose words I liked, without knowing who he was or whether the content was connected to any illegal matter. Despite this, having this post associated with an organization deeply disturbed me, and I believe I was subjected to an unfair evaluation even though I had no criminal intent. I did not knowingly or willingly share any content that constitutes a legal offense in Turkey.

I used the appeal option provided within the app and requested that my account be reviewed again, but my appeal was also rejected without a detailed explanation. I had worked on this account for years, and it had nearly 8,000 followers and 169,000 likes. Having all of that effort erased at once without a clear and transparent review has deeply upset me and damaged my trust in the platform.

I request that Kwai clearly and thoroughly inform me which specific content on my account was considered a violation and on what concrete grounds. If possible, I want my account to be reviewed again, the permanent ban to be lifted, and my account to be restored. At the very least, I expect transparent information about exactly which content violated which community rule so I can avoid experiencing a similar situation in the future.
