Still No Refund for the Funds I Transferred to My ininal Account

A few days ago, I moved ₺195 from my Denizbank account to my ininal card. That very day, I decided to return an item I had bought. Strangely enough, the money I transferred and the refund for the item haven't shown up in my ininal card account. After doing some research on Google, I discovered that the funds usually arrive within 15-20 minutes. Even after waiting for three days, I still haven't received the money from Denizbank or the refund for the returned item on my ininal card. Looking for a quick solution to deposit my funds into my card account.
